Chief Experience Officer and Head of Operations

As GoodLeap's Chief Experience Officer and Head of Operations, Paul Brandt is responsible for all aspects of delivering an extraordinary customer experience. In this role, Paul leads teams responsible for customer service, underwriting, installer relations, audit, servicing, collections, and contract review to ensure a lending experience that is simple, frictionless, and friendly.

Paul has over 28 years of leadership experience at some of the world's most iconic companies: Tesla, Southwest Airlines, YUM! Brands (Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, KFC), General Motors, and Bank of America. He has also attended to client needs as a Management Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, as well as through the founding of his own consulting firm, Primero Consulting. Paul was appointed by the Governor of Nevada to serve on the Governor's Workforce Development Board. He also served on the Board of Directors for Nevada Workforce Connections and is on the Advisory Board for Execs in the Know. Paul previously guest taught as an Honorary Professor in the Wharton School's Executive Education program at the University of Pennsylvania.

Paul graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Master of Science in Information Management and Communications from Walsh College. He received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an Associate of Applied Science in Architectural Technology from Ferris State University.
