In his role as Chief Capital Officer, Sean Coletta is responsible for originating and executing all capital markets activities, treasury operations, risk management, and product strategy. With a career spanning over two decades in renewable energy finance, Sean has deep experience crafting innovative financing solutions for over $30 billion in renewable energy assets. This includes diverse portfolios spanning solar and energy efficiency loans, residential solar assets, commercial solar portfolios, and utility-scale solar projects.

Prior to joining GoodLeap, Sean was the Head of Capital Markets for Spruce Finance. Throughout his career, Sean has held various key Director and Managing Director roles with private equity funds, development companies, and asset managers.

Sean began his career in real estate with Boston Capital, a leading syndicator in affordable housing, where he structured multi-investor tax-advantaged equity funds. He earned his bachelor's degree in economics from Tufts University.
